From France to Mongolia via Dubrovnik by tractor

This tourist season in Dubrovnik has seen many unusual and interesting sights but this morning there was a rather unique one. A large green tractor pulling a trailer attracted the attention of drivers on the main coastal road above Dubrovnik and maybe slightly annoyed a few drivers stuck behind the slow moving vehicle. The owners of this unusual vehicle had set off from their hometown, Xaintray, in the west of France and were on their way to Ulan Bator in Mongolia. This 9,000 kilometre journey will include most of Europe and Asia. And obviously the French couple have time on their hands as just the journey from Rijeka in the north of Croatia to Dubrovnik in the south of the country took 25 days. If the tractor continues at this pace it will take a year to arrive in the Mongolian capital.
