Croatian wins 17 million Euros in lottery

A lucky Croatian citizen has won over 17 million Euros in the Euro Jackpot lottery. The lady from Zagreb, who has asked to remain anonymous, only placed one line in the lottery and scooped up 131 million Kunas. It was revealed that she placed her winning combination, which cost her only two Euros, online and did so only two minutes before the deadline.The lucky winner also set a new record as this was the biggest ever single win in Croatia. Experts have said that the chances of her winning the lottery with only one set of combinations were 59 million to one. However she managed to beat the odds and walked away with the top prize of €17,283,822. The winning combination was 8, 18, 22, 33, 40 with 2 and 8 as the bonus numbers.
