- Ovo stalno preporučujem svojim parovima. Ako mi par dođe na savjetovanje i otkriju mi da se ne seksaju dovoljno, kažem im da je najbolji način da imaju redoviti seks, planiranje. Znam da ovo ne zvuči romantično, ali cilj je razviti navike i rutinu te da seksualnost postane norma - kaže Holly.

Terapeutkinja svojim klijentima navodi kako je planirani seks odlično kratkoročno rješenje. Međutim, umjesto vođenja ljubavi svaki dan, ona preporučuje svojim klijentima realističnije ciljeve, primjerice tri do četiri puta tjedno.

Naravno, to ne znači da cijelu večer ili pola dana trebate biti u krevetu s partnerom, Holly dodaje kako je seks na brzaka ponekad sasvim dovoljan.
