Državni inspektorat u posljednjih godinu dana uzorkovao je 72 vina iz uvoza. 24 uzorka poslana su na analizu kako bi se utvrdilo je li vino krivotvoreno. Rezultati su pokazali da su u pet uzoraka prisutni voda i šećer koji ne potječe iz grožđa. Udruženje vinara, uvjereno da na tržištu ima i krivotvorenih domaćih vina, sumnjive primjerke dalo je na analizu. Rezultati su porazni.
Zbog sumnje da krivotvorenje domaćih vina nije iznimka, nego uhodani posao, organizacija domaćih vinara dala je sedam primjeraka jeftinih vina na analizu. Čak njih šest bilo je krivotvoreno, javlja HRT.
- Ono što je analiza pokazala, dodaje se etilni alkohol da se stvori ta razina alkohola koja je nužna, da bi se dobila aromatika u punom smislu. Dodaju se i kiseline koje je još teže utvrditi zato smo i utvrdili to sve jer radi se o organiziranoj djelatnosti kojima se bavi jedan set tvrtki, otkrio je Tomislav Panenić, predsjednik regionalne organizacije vinara i vinograda Graševina Croatica.
U Državnom inspektoratu ističu da ta analiza može poslužiti samo kao povod za provođenje inspekcijskog nadzora jer riječ je o neformalnom uzimanju uzoraka.
Ministarstvo poljoprivrede ipak poručuje da su postupci u tijeku te da će, utvrdi li se to službenim analizama, tvrtke odgovarati.
- Oni će prekršajno, odnosno kazneno odgovarati kad se meritornim analizama ovlaštenih laboratorija i postupcima Državnog inspektorata podnesu prijave, kazao je Juraj Orenda, voditelj Službe za vinarstvo i uređenje tržišta iz Ministarstva poljoprivrede.
Krivotvorena vina ne zadovoljavaju minimalne standarde kvalitete, a prodaju se po cijeni ispod realnih troškova proizvodnje, tvrde vinari.
Time se narušava tržište i zavaravaju potrošači, kojima je nemoguće prepoznati krivotvorinu.
- Prosječan potrošač, kao i nitko od nas, ne može reći - ovo vino je patvoreno, a ono nije. Neki parametri u organoparaleptičnom smislu mogu naslutiti da je bilo možda nekih manipulacija, istaknuo je Bernard Kozina iz Zavoda za vinogradarstvo i vinarstvo s Agronomskog fakulteta u Zagrebu.
- Ima patvorenih vina na tržištu, to je opće saznanje dugi niz godina, ali nema ih u velikom broju i ona se nalaze u zoni najjeftinijh vina. Tu su cijene toliko niske da vinari ne mogu proizvesti vino po takvim cijenama, rekao je stručnjak za vina Saša Špiranec.
Uz troškove vezane uz proizvodnju vina, ambalažu i opremanje boce, vinari poručuju da nemoguće dobiti kvalitetan proizvod po niskoj cijeni.

Državni inspektorat u posljednjih godinu dana uzorkovao je 72 vina iz uvoza. 24 uzorka poslana su na analizu kako bi se utvrdilo je li vino krivotvoreno. Rezultati su pokazali da su u pet uzoraka prisutni voda i šećer koji ne potječe iz grožđa. Udruženje vinara, uvjereno da na tržištu ima i krivotvorenih domaćih vina, sumnjive primjerke dalo je na analizu. Rezultati su porazni.
Zbog sumnje da krivotvorenje domaćih vina nije iznimka, nego uhodani posao, organizacija domaćih vinara dala je sedam primjeraka jeftinih vina na analizu. Čak njih šest bilo je krivotvoreno, javlja HRT.
- Ono što je analiza pokazala, dodaje se etilni alkohol da se stvori ta razina alkohola koja je nužna, da bi se dobila aromatika u punom smislu. Dodaju se i kiseline koje je još teže utvrditi zato smo i utvrdili to sve jer radi se o organiziranoj djelatnosti kojima se bavi jedan set tvrtki, otkrio je Tomislav Panenić, predsjednik regionalne organizacije vinara i vinograda Graševina Croatica.
U Državnom inspektoratu ističu da ta analiza može poslužiti samo kao povod za provođenje inspekcijskog nadzora jer riječ je o neformalnom uzimanju uzoraka.
Ministarstvo poljoprivrede ipak poručuje da su postupci u tijeku te da će, utvrdi li se to službenim analizama, tvrtke odgovarati.
- Oni će prekršajno, odnosno kazneno odgovarati kad se meritornim analizama ovlaštenih laboratorija i postupcima Državnog inspektorata podnesu prijave, kazao je Juraj Orenda, voditelj Službe za vinarstvo i uređenje tržišta iz Ministarstva poljoprivrede.
Krivotvorena vina ne zadovoljavaju minimalne standarde kvalitete, a prodaju se po cijeni ispod realnih troškova proizvodnje, tvrde vinari.
Time se narušava tržište i zavaravaju potrošači, kojima je nemoguće prepoznati krivotvorinu.
- Prosječan potrošač, kao i nitko od nas, ne može reći - ovo vino je patvoreno, a ono nije. Neki parametri u organoparaleptičnom smislu mogu naslutiti da je bilo možda nekih manipulacija, istaknuo je Bernard Kozina iz Zavoda za vinogradarstvo i vinarstvo s Agronomskog fakulteta u Zagrebu.
- Ima patvorenih vina na tržištu, to je opće saznanje dugi niz godina, ali nema ih u velikom broju i ona se nalaze u zoni najjeftinijh vina. Tu su cijene toliko niske da vinari ne mogu proizvesti vino po takvim cijenama, rekao je stručnjak za vina Saša Špiranec.
Uz troškove vezane uz proizvodnju vina, ambalažu i opremanje boce, vinari poručuju da nemoguće dobiti kvalitetan proizvod po niskoj cijeni.
